Get ready for a full day of learning, discovery, and connection!

We will have four classrooms offering multiple workshop sessions throughout the day, presented by Pilot Institute, Aero.AI, and other experienced drone professionals and industry experts.

Whether you want to become a better pilot, improve your photography and video skills, explore new drone technology, learn more about regulations and safety, or grow your drone business, there will be something for nearly every level of experience.

The day will include:

  • Two morning workshop sessions
  • Pizza lunch on the outdoor patio
  • Two afternoon workshop sessions

Friday is your opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals, ask questions, meet other pilots, and take your drone knowledge to the next level.

Beginning at 3:00 PM, guests who did not attend Friday workshops may pick up their registration credentials at:

For the early risers, Saturday morning is a perfect opportunity to head out and capture a spectacular Las Vegas sunrise.

The golden morning light, desert mountains, dramatic skies, and wide-open landscapes can create incredible opportunities for aerial photography and cinematic video.

Sunday is your opportunity to explore the incredible landscapes surrounding Las Vegas and experience some of the most memorable scenery in the Southwest.

We're planning 10+ drone adventure options throughout the region, ranging from destinations only 20 to 30 minutes from Henderson to spectacular scenic locations two hours or more away.

Possible destinations include:

  • Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
  • Red Springs — A Desert Oasis
  • Seven Magic Mountains
  • Jean Dry Lake
  • Lone Mountain Regional Park
  • Lake Dolores Abandoned Water Park
  • Liberty Sculpture Park
  • Mount Charleston Desert View Overlook

These destinations offer an amazing variety of desert landscapes, mountains, unusual landmarks, wide-open spaces, and incredible opportunities for photography and video.

For each adventure, we plan to provide useful information including directions, maps, approximate travel times, restroom locations, nearby food options, and other helpful details.

We'll do our best to connect visiting guests with local volunteer drone pilots who may have available space in their vehicles.

When accepting a ride, please be courteous and offer to help reimburse your driver for fuel and other travel expenses.
