Las Vegas is always changing, and not every “deal” is a good one. If something sounds too good to be true — it probably is. Feel free to reach out if you want a second opinion; we’ve seen it all.

Making Your Adventure Seamless

Planning your trip to join us in Vegas should be as hassle-free as your flights will be. Here’s everything you need to know to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. From where you’ll stay to how you’ll explore, let’s get you prepared.

Comfort Meets Convenience with Your Stay in Vegas

We have a city with a range of hotels and places to stay. Last year many people took advantage of the many wide range of hotels and motels in our area. The Strip offers all kinds of different hotels and casinos, and there is also all kinds of smaller hotels slightly away from the Strip area. Our events are going to be in the Henderson area and there's also wonderful accommodations in Henderson and the Boulder City areas that would be just fantastic. You'll want to rent a vehicle and there's a lot of other reasons to rent vehicles here.

Getting Around and Navigating in Las Vegas and Henderson

Whether you’re flying in or driving, getting around is a breeze. We’re exploring options for group transportation to event locations and Car and SUV rentals discounts. Interested in sharing a ride? Let us know when you express your interest. There are multiple locations that you will want to be able to get to so renting a car or going together to rent a car has been a great idea in Las Vegas.

Beyond the Drone that Vegas Awaits

Your adventure doesn’t end with the last drone flight. From dazzling shows and gourmet dining to breathtaking natural wonders just a short drive away, there’s no shortage of ways to make your Vegas stay unforgettable. And one of the greatest sports teams in recorded recent history the Vegas Golden Knights. Last year we had a small group at the game that weekend.

We will have something for the pro flyers who are full time industry professionals, YouTube drone influencers will be shareing a few tip and insights as this drone industry grows for everyone - hobbiest and commercial industry.  Experience the exhilaration of capturing Vegas from above and engage in workshops that polish your flying finesse.

We are finalizing each days events - Below is what we have so far and we we will update this as events come together.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Las Vegas and enjoying another one of the best Drone Meetup Events in the country.

November 7 - Friday Morning

Registration Kick-off Gathering: Starting at 9 am.

For those attending workshops, we will provide your registration credentialing at the Henderson Multigenerational Recreational Center on Paseo Verde Parkway.

We will have a few classroom facilities set up for training  classroom sesions offered by Pilot institute and AeroAI. Expand your drone knowledge and learn new skills.

November 7 - Friday Afternoon

For those not attending workshops, we will provide your registration credentialing beginning at 3PM at the Parkway Tavern in the District adjacent to Green Valley Ranch. Then all registered guests are invited to join us a relaxing "Meet and Greet" with Happy Hour drinks until 6PM with sponsored appetizers.  There will be a Sponsored First Drink ticket provided to our registered guests.  This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow drone enthusiasts, professionals and influencers.

November 8 - Saturday Morning

Full Day of Activities
Sunrise: For early risers, consider venturing out to capture a stunning Vegas sunrise—an ideal opportunity for some amazing video footage.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Parkway Tavern:
Join us back at Parkway Tavern for a full breakfast menu, including your choice of soda, coffee, or tea—courtesy of our generous sponsors. We’ll have access to a spacious area for presentations and a roundtable discussion featuring multiple speakers on the topic: "The Future of the Drone Hobby and Small Business"

November 8 - Saturday Afternoon

Afternoon at Cornerstone Park – 1:00 PM
After breakfast and some time to relax, the party officially moves to Cornerstone Park at 1:00 PM. For the next hour and a half, enjoy lunch from two top Las Vegas food trucks:

We’ll also have live demonstrations by Red Rock Search and Rescue and the LV Metro Drone Unit. Whether you’re an experienced pilot or trying drones for the first time, Cornerstone Park offers a scenic and welcoming environment—with plenty of experienced folks around to help beginners.

Closing Activities – Around 5:00 PM
We’ll wrap up the official activities around sunset, giving you the perfect chance to capture some stunning views.

Then…it’s Saturday night in Las Vegas—time to have some FUN!

November 9 - Sunday

Adventure is the Theme of the Day!
Drone Envisions, one of our partner groups, is offering an exclusive, first-class off-road full-day drone adventure to a spectacular and lesser-known area of the Las Vegas desert. Experience breathtaking landscapes, hidden treasures, and incredible aerial views. Check out their photos and descriptions above to get a taste of what’s in store.
To participate, register for the meetup, then contact Drone Envisions directly (link above) for this very limited opportunity.

We’ve also planned 10+ incredible drone adventure options across the region—from quick 20–30 minute drives from the Henderson area to longer scenic trips 2+ hours away. Here are some of the amazing locations on our list:

Monday Adventures

Some activities will continue into Monday. Drone Envisions' Off-Road Drone Adventure Tours will return—offering a final chance for a few lucky pilots to enjoy one of the highlight experiences of the weekend.
