The Schedule of Events
November 8 – Friday Evening
Kick-off Gathering: Join us at a local bar-restaurant for a relaxed evening. Enjoy sponsored food, appetizers, and the chance to meet fellow drone enthusiasts.
November 9 – Saturday
Full Day of Activities: A Sunrise – at multiple scenic locations. Moving midmorning into the hotel’s convention space, we’ll dive into presentations, educational sessions, and demos of cutting-edge drone tech. Sponsors will also have booths showcasing their latest products
- Lunch: Buffett spread at the hotel. (possibly sponsored)
- Afternoon Outing: Post-lunch, we’ll head to a local park for drone flying, socialising, and a prize raffle. The day wraps up around sunset, perfect for capturing stunning aerial footage.
November 10 – Sunday
Marine Corps Birthday Celebration: Honoring the Marine Corps’ birthday with a special ball, cake-cutting ceremony, and various festivities.
- Explore and Adventure: Post-celebration, explore Las Vegas or join one of our organized ‘Adventure’ outings, designed for groups of 4-10 to enjoy drone flying in iconic locations.
Each Adventure can be done in your vehicle or together with a group in rented transportation. More details to come.
